题目：On the degree of the subshifts of finite type on free semigroups

摘要：In this talk, we give an algebraic characterization of the degree of tree-shifts of finite type (TSFT for short, i.e., the SFTs on the free semigroups). An eff ective method, namely the systems of nonlinear recursive equations (SNRE) method, is introduced to compute the explicit value of the degree of a TSFT. This extends the previous result of D. Lind on one-dimensional SFTs and provides a new method of the study of multidimensional SFTs.
