摘要:We consider a generalized parabolic-elliptic Keller-Segel equation with a fractional diffusion term and an advection. In this paper, we will show you how to take advantage of mixing, effectively prevent the blow-up phenomenon of solutions. Moreover, by nonlinear maximumprinciple, we obtain existence of global in time regular solution for general initial data.
