摘 要: The energy method in Fourier spaces was initiated by Godunov (1971) and further developed by Friedrichs-Lax (1971) and Kawashima (1985). Based on the point of view of dissipativity, we establish the global existence and time-decay results for hyperbolic systems of balance laws, Boltzmann equation and compressible Navier-Stokes equations.
