邓卫兵 (教授、博导)
1995.8至今， 任教于南京大学数学系，主要讲授课程《C语言程序设计》，《数据库概论》，《系统工程导论》，《运筹学概论》，《大学数学》，《数值计算方法》，《偏微分方程数值解法》，《数值计算中的并行算法》，《有限元方法选讲》。
2002.12～2004.12 中科院计算数学与科学工程计算研究所从事博士后工作，研究方向偏微分方程数值计算方法。
2007.9～2008.9 美国加州理工学院应用与计算数学系访问，研究方向偏微分方程数值计算方法。
2008年被评为南京大学数学系教授，2009年被评为博士生导师。
2013年1月起任南京大学数学系副主任、数学实验教学中心主任。
作为核心成员参与了6项国家级和省部级教学研究项目，以及多项校级教改项目。作为主要成员编写教材大学数学两部，并成功开设一门以数学实验为主的高年级研讨课。
科研主要从事多尺度问题的分析和计算。多尺度问题的分析与计算在流体力学、材料科学、环境科学、信息科学与生物科学等众多科学学科有重要的应用，是当前国际应用数学和科学计算领域的前沿研究课题。
先后主持国家自然科学基金两项，江苏省自然科学基金创新人才一项，主要成员参加4项国家自然科学基金项目，在国际学术刊物《Journal of Computational Physics》、《SIAM MMS》、《Numerical Methods for Partial Differential Equations》、《Applied Numerical Mathematics》、《Nonlinear Analysis》等杂志上发表论文二十余篇，他引次数达200余次。
